Microsoft Teams is becoming the go-to collaboration tool for businesses. It is a complete solution for your business collaboration such as voice, video, chat, email and file-sharing.
Teams do provide the facility of Hosted telephony and for PSTN calls. Your existing or new Microsoft 365 licenses are the basis. We add a Microsoft Teams Phone standard license to that. Enterprises have three options to choose telephone number. The first option is “Microsoft calling plans”, which is simply PSTN services from Microsoft itself. Second is the “Direct-Routing”, choosing SIP trunks and calling numbers from PSTN of your choice and then host a SBC to integrate SIP trunk from PSTN and Microsoft Cloud PBX. This is more of a hybrid solution. The third option is “Operator connect”, most famous these days, which let the PSTN host and manage the SBC on your behalf.

Your Microsoft 365 licenses, whether existing or new, serve as the foundation. By adding a Microsoft Teams Phone Standard license, you gain access to the dial pad and calling features within Microsoft Teams, transforming it into a functional phone system.
Operator connect
While Microsoft Teams phone system is evolving, it currently lacks some of the advanced features found in traditional exchanges. To bridge this gap, we connect your Microsoft Teams environment to our hosted VoIP telephone system.
